- By signing up for any Just Track events, you are agreeing to the Terms and Conditions set by the organiser.
- "Just Track" ("JT") event schedules are to adhered to to ensure that you are the registered driver and have received the correct transponder. JT would not be responsible for any errors should you not arrive on time and receive our hand outs personally.
- Orientation drives are mandatory for all first timers. This would give you a rough guide on how to approach the turns, and pit entry/exit etiquette. First timers may be barred from entering the track if you do not attend the orientation drive. Please speak to our crew if you are still unfamiliar and wish to join the orientation drive.
- Any photographs taken by our official photographer would be used for various promotional digital media for our websites, social media etc. By attending our event you agree to having photographs taken to be used for our various materials.
- If you wish to use any of the photos for your use, please PM us at @justtracksg in Instagram.
- All pit allocations made by the organiser are final.
- If you require a private pit, you are to inform the organiser. It is not promised that you would get a private pit if space permits. We will do our best to accommodate to your request if it does not cause other participants to not have equal space allocations.
- Just Track organisers will release the confirmed pit allocations in a document prior to the event. You may refer to the document if your private pit has been allocated in the document.
- Any direct arrangements with Sepang International Circuit are subjected to Just Track organiser's approval. Just Track reserves the right to disregard any arrangements you may have made with SIC directly. As Just Track organisers are the booker of the SIC venue in its entirety, Just Track's arrangement with SIC supersedes any arrangement you may have made directly with SIC. No reference to you would be made should this arrangement be not in your favour.
- Tow hooks are mandatory for all cars attending the event. JT reserves the right to impose a penalty on any drivers that fail to have a tow hook installed timely during an incident.
- JT reserves the right to forcefully remove your vehicle should you fail to have a tow hook installed to be able to tow your car out. Any damages occured during said forceful removal would not be compensated by JT.
- JT would not be responsible for any damages that may be caused to your car and/or persons during the event. You are to be entirely responsible of your car , belongings, self and other people that attend the event along with you.
- JT would not serve as a mediator should any incident happens between two parties. Participants are to settle any disputes among themselves should any incident arises. Parties should ensure their cars are towed back to the pits should they be un-driveable on the track.
- Any damages caused to Sepang International Circuit by yourself/your car is payable by the driver that caused it, or owner of said vehicle. JT will not make any payments on behalf of the driver/owner/participant.
- Any severe damages caused to the track by any drivers/owners/participants of JT would not be covered by JT. Drivers/owners/participants are to make their settlement directly to Sepang International Circuit for the bill of the said damages.
- Any participants that fail to make prompt payments to Sepang International Circuit for said damage compensation, JT reserves the right to seek damages valued 150% of the compensation bill from Sepang International Circuit from the driver/owner/participant that caused said damage via litigation.
- JT reserves the right to amend the Terms & Conditions without any prior notice.
